ICL/ICM7555 is a stable CMOS RC timer providing improved performance over the standard 555 timer, producing accurate time delays or frequencies. Direct replacement for the 555 in most applications.
Voltage: 2-18VDC
Output: Source or sink currents to drive TTL/CMOS load.
